Our Incentive Compensation solution is for variable compensation. It is powered by Oracle’s Incentive Compensation product (magic quadrant leader per Gartner 2007) that automates the design, administration, and analysis of transactional pay-for-performance incentive programs to align behavior to corporate goals. This service is often associated with sales commissions and other types of bonus pay that have a high-variable component and/or pay frequency.
