Our Compensation Management service refers to the annual and total compensation process. This service is powered by Oracle’s Compensation Workbench solution, which provides a complete solution for total compensation where base salaries, bonuses and equity can be managed and aligned with performance and promotions. This service allows managers to review annual bonuses and pay increases en masse.
Our Incentive Compensation solution is for variable compensation. It is powered by Oracle’s Incentive Compensation product (magic quadrant leader per Gartner 2007) that automates the design, administration, and analysis of transactional pay-for-performance incentive programs to align behavior to corporate goals. This service is often associated with sales commissions and other types of bonus pay that have a high-variable component and/or pay frequency.
