Third-Party Integration

When producing their business case for outsourcing HR functions, many organizations overlook the time and capital necessary to develop and maintain interfaces to external providers, such as tax filing, benefit H&W and 401k as well as integration into the general ledger and other internal systems). We have worked with most major HR third-party service providers. We also have managed the integration between our technology engine and most ERP systems. CloudHCM has many of these tools built directly into the model, thus saving cost and resources.

Motion HR will provide these interfaces and maintain them as part of our BPO service. If additional interfaces are required, we will give an estimate for the development and testing.

The Oracle HRMS system also can integrate with older versions of Oracle Financials and HRMS, giving our customers the ability to stay ahead of the curve on new functionality.

For small organizations that utilize Quickbooks or Great Plains, we have synchronization toolsets that offer a robust self-service HRMS to any organization.
